Once purchased, the program will be sent directly to your email.
The workouts are split up into two, 4-week phases and also include two hell weeks for a total of 10 weeks! This program is ADVANCED. It does not matter what level of athlete you are, it will help. However, we recommend you at least be 15 or 16 years old to start this program, otherwise, it just may be too difficult.
This does not include coaching, you will be able to complete this program entirely by yourself given the resources in the packet.
