This program focuses on progressive overload in both weightlifting and running, over the course of 4-Weeks. Splits for each week include a quad focused leg day, hamstring focused leg day, back and chest day, and a shoulder and arm day.
Running splits are also designed for anyone, no matter the experience level, with a beginner, intermediate or advanced option for each of the 4-6 cardio sessions per week.
