Hunter’s 12 Week Peaking Program will guide you through the process to properly build your strength, and then ensure you take the right steps to be able to express those newfound gains. 

Broken up into three 4-week blocks, this program handles periodization for you! First, by making sure you build some extra muscle in the Hypertrophy Block, followed by a traditional Strength Block to make sure we’ve got maximal muscle recruitment, and then finally a Peaking Block to practice the skill of expressing strength; as well as increasing neural efficiency and reducing fatigue. 

This program utilizes your own 1-Rep Max in the gym and prescribes percentages and effort levels for you, taking the guesswork out of training. This also means athletes of all strength levels can utilize this program!
