Mackenzie's 4 Week Pelvic Floor Program!
Ladies, do you experience any of these symptoms; stress incontinence, low back pain, pelvic pain, or are postpartum?
This 4-week online version of Mackenzie's popular pelvic floor class will take you through four weeks of exercises that are meant to decrease your symptoms, increase pelvic floor strength, maintain pelvic floor mobility, learn the pelvic floor anatomy, and lengthen the pelvic floor for preferred full range of motion.
These exercises can be done 1-3 times a week but are only required to be done once a week and are performed in circuits/rounds of 10 on each exercise.
All exercises can be done in the comfort of your own home, with minimal equipment. This course is not meant to diagnose or cure your symptoms. If symptoms worsen, please seek medical care from your doctor or pelvic floor therapist.
